![]() Max Muscle Pumpkin & Banana Protein MuffinsServings: 12 Medium Muffins
Ingredients: 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 Cup Max Muscle High5 or Max Pro Protein 1/3 Cup Sugar Substitute (use brand that has equal measurements to sugar) 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 2 Mashed Bananas 1 Cup Canned Pumpkin (do not use pumpkin mix) Instructions: Preheat Oven to 400. Thoroughly mix all dry ingredients. Add bananas and pumpkin and mix until all ingredients are blended together. Coat muffin tins with Pam or use paper cups. Fill 1/3 full and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until toothpick or fork comes out clean. Optional: sprinkle tops of muffins with chopped nuts before baking.
